Kuril tea

«White monkey»

The Chinese high-mountainous province Fujian in which tea «White monkey» grows, is the leader in cultivation of raw materials for a tonic. For tea manufacturing select the most gentle kidneys with the first leaf. The collected not braided leaves and young kidneys dry directly open-air. The dried up leaflets the bends and the form remind a tenacious monkey’s tail. Probably it also became the reason of the name of the given grade of tea. Chinese tea

«Threefold tea»

With boiled water to fill in components and to insist approximately 8 minutes.
Components:

* 3 table spoons of dry black tea
* 500 ml of water
* 3 table spoons зверобоя
* 3 table spoons of mint

Lemon tea

In a teapot to mix lemon juice and a vanilla syrup, to put a lemon dried peel, a carnation and to pour in strong tea. It is recommended to submit with hot pancakes.
Components:

* 1 liter of hot black tea
* 100 ml of lemon juice
* 20 gram of a dried peel of a lemon
* 100 ml of a vanilla syrup
* 15 pieces of a carnation

Orange tea

Teapot carefully to warm up, put in it the crushed dried peel and dry tea, to add an orange syrup. After that to pour boiling water, to allow to be drawn 5 minutes and to spill on cups.
Components:

* 30 gram of black dry tea
* 1 liter of water
* 30 gram of a dried peel of an orange
* 10 gram of a dried peel of a lemon
* 50 ml of an orange syrup
